PERSONALITY

This kid is an adventurous, friendly, and valiant individual. He tries to rely on his own strength (mental and physical) to get things done rather than rely on others. He is more afraid of dragging them into his issues. His reckless behavior does get him into trouble very often, but still he doesn't seem to stop. He loves listening to music mostly rock or metal. Anything that makes him want to jump right in the pit. He's also known to be a harmless flirt, but he's also slightly impulsive meaning he could easily be tempted by any pretty face.

He's not exactly good at lying, deception was never his strong suit. Aside from all that stuff he loves to have a good time and mess around (get your mind out of the gutter). He'd prefer to spend a night all over town then just stay at home reading a book or whatever. He's pretty good at keeping things exciting and not the same old concert, movie, and all nighter if you know what I mean. He can be kind of a danger boy jumping off cliffs into water without gear. Going into caves where monsters hide, so if you wanna be friends with him hope you can keep up! In the real world he can have a hard time showing his true colors, usually remaining quiet due to previous bullying.

HISTORY

Jesse spent most of his life misunderstood and bullied. He often played with his toys to escape to some kind of fantasy world. His parents were concerned that he was becoming detached from reality. As a boy he would dress up as his favorite characters and act out certain scenes. That wasn't so bad until he tried jumping off the roof onto the ground. Luckily his house wasn't huge so he only got some bruises and cuts. He was taken in several times for counseling and therapy. They simply wrote it off as expressing himself, nothing mentally wrong with him. His parents were still convinced there must have been some kind of chemical imbalance going on in his head. They tried putting him on strong ADHD medication, but that only turned him into a zombie so they took him off it.

As Jesse grew into his teens he began getting into music, mostly rock and dressing in black. In school he was known as that guy, you know the one everyone assumes is gonna be the next columbine kid? He was accused of being a witch or satan worshiper among several other cliche things. He lived in a church town that didn't appreciate someone who stood out like he did. He pretended like he didn't care, but like any teen it cut him pretty deep. He did go into an emo phase as well as a drinking phase pretty early in his teens to cope. He even experimented with some minor drugs, but he didn't do anything too strange. He also began indulging in playing guitar as well as keyboard.

The problems eventually fixed themselves as Jesse grew up. He found himself getting into other obsessions, mostly gaming. When SAO first came out he didn't have enough to buy it, but after a while he had enough to play other games like alfheim and the latest Sword Art. Gaming was his brand new escape from the real world. Still he keeps growing up and the real world is becoming less of a problem for the blonde. In the games he named himself Helel, a name for the devil in the bible as well as a semitic deity. He liked naming himself after a figure who stood up for what he believed in rather then follow the laws blindly.
