皇月 遥 Kougetsu Haruka LUCIA
PERSONALITY Haruka/Lucia is generally a bright, cheery girl who is often mistaken as being a little younger even in real life because of her personality. She is energetic and dedicated to martial arts, which is what she grew up with. Being a small girl she is innocent, impulsive and inherently playful while being weak to pressure and expectations. She has a friendly attitude and is able to get along with anyone, being very accepting of others and their circumstances. That is not to say that she will help everyone who asks, but she is simply not repulsed by people and their diversity. She is patient, but seems oddly sensitive to people who purposely test her patience. Haruka/Lucia is mostly the hardworking type, so one might see her grinding a lot to increase her skills. She believes that despite grinding a ton, Technique is the most important thing to doing anything, and with her background in Martial Arts she plays solo most of the time without wielding a sword. When asked, she always replies with "The body is like having multiple types of swords." or some variant thereof. Haruka/Lucia fears spiders the most and loves drinks and soups of various flavours. HISTORY Haruka was, understandably, not a player of the original Sword Art Online. It was actually her older brother, Kougetsu Hirofumi (皇月 洋史). Being the daughter of the owner of a martial arts school, Haruka and Hirofumi were taught from young the ways of the Ryuuha Koei Kougetsu (流派湖影皇月) in their dojo. Haruka developed an interest in it, but her brother Hirofumi didn't. This didn't strain their relationship as siblings, but Hirofumi often tried to skip training so Haruka never raised the topic around him. All that changed when Hirofumi obtained the Nervegear. He had ran away into the fantasy world of Sword Art Online, so their father tried to teach him some martial arts to counter sword users, but Hirofumi still ran. Haruka just thought he either hated his father or wanted to rebel. When the Death Games started, Haruka was understandably worried for her brother's life. Thankfully, Hirofumi had managed to come out of Sword Art Online alive. What really interested Haruka in taking up the game was that she noticed Hirofumi had made explosive progress in the realm of Martial Arts, nearing their Father's level with all of the experience he had accumulated fighting in the game with their school of martial arts. Seeing it, Haruka took the opportunity to obtain the game for herself after hearing that the relaunch was made safe. Anything to add?: Admin Edit |
